Under the goal of cultural competency (Equity and Access), we will host a Socratic Seminar based around Beverly Daniel Tatum's book "Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria?" We will begin by reviewing chapter 4 of the book, "Identity development in adolescence"; then participants will brainstorm a list of Costa's level 2 and 3 questions. They will use the questions as a basis for our discussion.
